Hundreds of staff, students and alumni are gearing up for the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2024 to be held on 21 January!
To cheer on the HKBU runners, Wong Tsz-to, a student of the Bachelor of Physical Education and Recreation Management programme, appeared in a short video and shared his running tips. Professor Alexander Wai, President and Vice-Chancellor, also made a guest appearance in the video. Tsz-to, a triathlete who has been crowned twice the champion of the 10-kilometre race in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, offered a number of suggestions to help HKBU runners achieve their PB in this annual extravaganza in town.
